overseeing all aids to navigation patrols, in which USCGA
facilities inspect ATONS (aids to navigation) and PATONS
(private aids to navigation) to ensure they are operating and
visible.

ordering and maintaining the Flotilla's materials (such as
training materials, brochures, etc.).

overseeing the Flotilla's Marine Safety & Environmental
programs, activities, and operations.

providing local publications (magazines, newspapers, TV
stations, etc) information about the Flotilla and its
activities.

Flotilla publications, mainly the Flotilla's newsletter,
Pamlico Watch.

Flotilla and the US Coast Guard Auxiliary.

Recreational Boating Safety Visitation Program (FSO-PV)

visiting local boat and boating supply dealers and retailers,
and providing them with information that can be distributed to
the public (brochures, BSC schedules, etc.).

Vessel Examination (FSO-VE)
